I still find it amazing that I can put so much effort into avoiding the most basic and simplest of things when just doing it would be easier and healthier.</description>

		<description>I once read that American children have been over-praised so much (in the name of &quot;self-esteem&quot;) that they rate mediocre performance on tests as superior.  In other words, they have no incentive to work harder.  They work less and expect more.  We have to reverse this trend.  Excellent article, thank you.</description>
